Decorate with a vintage travel style design of the fort at Rodborough Common, in Stroud.

Text reads: Rodborough, Common

About the Common and Fort

Like those at nearby Minchinhampton and Selsley, the Common at Rodborough is a SSSI and a conservation area for its natural grassland and wild flowers. It is managed by the National Trust.

Whilst known as a fort, it was not created for military purposes but is a folly first built in 1764 and then expanded in 1868, passing through various owners down the years. It has a great panoramic view across Stroud and the valleys that converge there, and can itself be seen for many miles around.

High quality print

All designs are original and created from scratch.

The posters are printed in the UK on a fine art quality digital press. They are printed on heavyweight 250gsm paper and are highly UV light resistant.

Unframed prints come clear wrapped and flat to avoid creasing & damage.

Framing

All posters can be framed to order, and are hand-framed in the UK.

The frames have a 21mm wide edge (23mm deep) and are available in black or white smooth-finished hardwood. Acrylic perspex is used for the glaze, rather than glass as it’s less prone to breakages in shipping and looks just as good on your wall.

Framed orders take 3-5 working days until dispatch from our partner supplier.

Locally designed

All of the poster designs are created by Matt, who lives and works in Malmesbury and grew up in Cirencester.

Beginning in 2019 with a few designs sold mostly at market stalls, Cotswold Poster Co has now sold over 14,000 posters and cards (both online and to local shops).

2% of all purchases support Glos and Wilts Wildlife Trusts to benefit the local environment.
