Free delivery to the UK!
There is free first class UK postage for all orders over £8 – no matter how many products you choose. If you spend under £8 then there's a £1 postage charge.
At the moment orders are dispatched three times per week – normally on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The last order date to get delivery by Christmas Eve is Friday 17 December.
This time of the year the postal service is obviously very busy and things slow right down. Based on previous experience even when sending with first class post (which is included on all orders) it can take 5-7 days for deliveries to arrive. With that in mind the last day that you can order to receive by Christmas Eve is Friday 17 December. Any orders placed after this day can't be guaranteed to make it.
Europe, USA & everywhere else in the world
You can't order for outside of the UK from this website but you can from our Fy store, where most of the designs are available and they all have free international shipping as well as more sizes and framing options.
If there's a design you want that you can't find on there, just get in contact and we'll try and get it up there as quickly as possible.
If for any reason you need to return your order then you can do so up to 30 days after you bought it, no questions asked. This is provided the products are still in the same condition as when they were bought. Your money will be fully refunded, you'll just have to pay for any postage that is required.
